I have noticed this problem too with MUSHClient and Windows XP too, but I
have found no way around it. If you work one out let me know please :)

Subject: JFW any version and MUSHClient

I've recently downloaded MUSHClient, which is used for playing
varying types of MUDs etc, and am rather perplexed at a sudden
different reaction JFW has to it. I used to use it quite frequently
when I was using windows ME, with no problems whatsoever. Now,
however, with the same program using the same settings on a Windows
XP machine, I have one verry strange issue. With typing echo turned
off, and reading/typing interupt disabled, I can allow for JFW to
read what comes in while using MUSHClient by setting screen echo to
all. The problem is, it also reads *everything* you type on the
command line, as you type it on the command line. So you escentially
wind up hearing parts of what you type, which results in JFW slowing
down and you potentially missing something someone else says whilst
on the server. This problem, as I said, I've not had in the past when
using windows ME. Is there anything that can be done about it? More
appropriately, does anyone here even use that program?

James
