I have encountered the same problems. I know that, in MS Word, some
cells in the table can be wider or higher than others. JAWS can usually
figure out when the number of columns grows or shrinks. I am betting
that the problem is when someone has increased the height or depth of a
particular cell. I, unfortunately, don't know how to fix the problem.

Subject: JFW and nonuniform tables in Microsoft Word 2002

Hi all,

I was reading a document in Microsoft Word. Upon reaching a table, I was

told by JFW that the table is a nonuniform table. What is a nonuniform
table and how does one make it uniform? JFW seems to become slow when
navigating such tables.
Note:
I am using jfw v5 updated under windows 2000 computer.
