JFW and all adobe programs/files

I'm having difficulty using JFW with any adobe program. I have a couple
documents, namely one is a users manual for my cellphone and I can't read it
because it's in PDF format and jaws and adobe don't sem to like one another
where I'm concerned for some reason. Can anyone help? Thanks!
