The last time I used it was just over a year ago but back then I could navigate it fine and had no problems downloading lecture notes and taking quizez.

I use web ct all the time and it works fine.If you've logged into stuff before, and can navigate around to stuff, generally you shouldn't have a problem. During a quiz you should save yoru response after each multiple question, but reather then that it's cool.
