What the hell... OK. Because MSN is in the process of changing to a
semi-graphical interface like many programs are doing these days. For
example, the new
beta version of Yahoo Messenger has now switched to a graphical interface
for it's contact list. This allows much easier usage of avitars and other
graphics
that sighted people find pleasing.
