Hi guys!! I wouldn't pay much heed to this, as it is completely WRONG!! The label, if used will go on an unrecorded side of the disk. Keep in mind, there are CD''s that can be recorded on both sides. I would not recommend this for a blind/vision impaired person, as they would always be getting their fingers on some recorded surface.
