Thanks for your response.  I ran it through Openbook and it only converted the 
title page.  The document is protected and cannot be copied or saved.  Again, 
thank you.

send it to openbook or print them and scan the images using OCR. The cheapest 
way is to use the freedom import printer to send the image to openbook.

Greetings, 

I am a graduate student doing research for a paper.  Much of my material can be 
accessed through Google Books.  Unfortunately JFW cannot read the image.  Also, 
what about reading protected PDF’s?  My research often leads me to websites 
that make the images of original documents available online as PDS’s but often 
these cannot be read.  Any suggestions?
