it is the full fledged reader but you cannot read anything except fs
materials unless you purchase it.

Subject: JFW 6 and Daisy player

Hello JFW Members
I have a question for those of you using JFW 6 and it concerns the Daisy
player feature.
Is the Daisy reader on the new version of JFW only a very limited feature?
I think I heard in one of the group emails that it is only for the JFW help
files and not a Daisy reader usable for such things as books from
RFBD(Reading for the Blind and Dyslexic)? I think I also heard there is a
very large charge for the full version of the FS reader(Daisy) ?
I wonder if this a coming thing where Freedom Scientific is intending to
start charging for new features?
I have not installed JFW 6, but will when the CD comes.
Thanks for your ideas.
Dick
