JFW 5.1 and Outlook 2000

Hi,
I am using JFW 5.1, Outlook 2000, and Windows XP.
I have been having an intermittent problem when opening messages in outlook
express. Sometimes JFW reads the "From" and the "Subject" and does not
allow me to interrupt speech using the control key or any other speech
command.
Does anyone have this experience? Does anyone have any ideas about fixing
it?
