Well, I listened to the FS podcast about Jaws 10 and I think it is going to
be well worth the SMA. The forms mode alone would make it a worthwhile
upgrade. I work with an app at work that spends about 90% of the time in
forms mode, however, when I sometimes have to go to a database connected
with the product Jaws exits forms mode, I inevitably am wanting to type in
the search for the doctor's name and forget to turn it on and end up in an
entirely different field. This can happen several times a day, and that
despite using Jaws since they introduced forms mode in about 1999.
Annoying, time-wasting in my humble opinion so that feature alone will be
worth the upgrade, then add some of the other tweaks and it will probably be
one of the best in years.
