Try MP3 Direct Cut. It has a lot of features, it's accessible, and it also
works in command-line mode.

Subject: JAWS-friendly program to edit MP3 files

  Hello listers,

I recently downloaded Audacity to try using it to trim applause and other
noise at the end of MP3 files, but have been unable to figure out how to use it
with JAWS.

Can anybody tell me how to accomplish this with Audacity, or suggest some
other program that can do it and is JAWS accessible?
