I agree. I payed for it but I will not install another piece of intrusive spying bug filled software. The last few upgrades of jaws seem to have broken more than they have fixed. For instance the read to end command skips lines and bogs down in the middle while reading a long file. Programs which used to work no longer do. Up to date documentation is totally lacking. Scripting for the average user has not been improved. They seem to be more interested in selling the script training than making it possible for the average user to get a program to work. The scripting process could be automated to the point where most users could take a piece of software and make it work. I will get away from Microsoft Windows as soon as I can and I will not pay for another upgrade of Eudora when this one runs out. And, if FS can not come up with anything more than a few bug fixes and a couple of tweaks, I will be switching screen readers after ten years. I feel like I am being ripped off and it has built up for so long that I think I need to make a change.
