RE: JAWS will not announce information from the address bar inInternet Explorer 8

When you hit f 4 and go to the address bar you can do one of 2 things. Do a
control a to select all and then control c to copy, or do a home and shift
control right arrow until all is selected and then control c to copy.
To go back to the page you are on hit tab and hit enter.
