My dual core 64 bit Athalon does not like Jaws of any version upon startup. When I had Jaws begin before login, the machine would crash half the time, and half of the remaining time, Jaws would crash the instant Windows XP started after logging in. Somebody suggested I turn off the start first feature and just start it with keystrokes after booting, this has worked and not one crash since.
