JAWS not reading when composing Email

Hi all,
I am experiencing a strange problem. When I compose Email using JAWS with
Outlook Express, JAWS does not read neither edit fields such as "Subject", "To"
and so on, neither does it read the text that I write. This is happening only
on one of my two computers. Any help would be appreciated.
