Quirky, that's for sure.  I've discovered you have to have your cursor 
on
a letter and not on a blank space between words or lines to get Jaws to
read a font.  I've also had difficulty with say all not working, but,
again, it's only sometimes and I cant pin it down as to why or when.
That's happened in Word as well.  Lucky for you you can put 3.7 up.  Now
with XP on my system, Jaws 3.7 is back in its box in my cupboard.  It
was a good version.
