Re: JAWS not reading the full text of OE drafts

I have been seeing this on my StinkPad too. Refreshing the screen don't help
but oddly it only occasionally happens. Last time I thought about font and
guess what? Jaws announced there was no font, I don't recall the exact
message but I was flored. This is Jaws 5.0 which I find isn't very stable on
my work machine either. There, it seems to get confused about the numlock
key and insert and overwrite mode in applications like Word.
Here it forgets how to read with the Jaws cursor and needs to be reloaded. I
keep a version of 3.7U around, that was/is rock solid.

  Sorry, no ideas, except that it might be the same issue that some others
  are having with reading back with say word or say character.  Sometimes
  Jaws would seem to miss words and characters.  At times a say line
  command will read everything, but going by word or character can't find
  the text.  For me, running the program in normal mode has helped.  But I
  don't have an answer for why the reading back is messed up.
