JAWS for DOS with software Synth. in Windows XP command window

Greetings list,
I'd like to know if anyone has heard of running JAWS for DOS with a software
synthesizer from a Windows XP DOS command window? I'd really like to do
this on an XP machine without a hardware synthesizer.
