Hi Matthew,
If the ILM authorization resides on the hard drive,
no need to remove it, she is going to re-format the drive.

Hi,

Both the QUELLA and ILM keys are different and none overwrides the
other.

1. Remove the QUELLA key - if you need steps, let me know.

2. Now, go to the start menu, choose programs, choose JAWS60, choose
Tools, and then Remove Product Activation.

3. Follow the steps provided onscreen.

Subject: JAWS authorization

I am reformatting my laptop, and I have a question about removing the
keys
for JAWS. I have both 5.1 and 6.0 on the computer, and I'm not certain
how
to remove the keys. I know that 5.1 used a floppy, and I have that disk,
but
I used a new key for the 6.0. I'm not sure if the new type for 6.0
replaced
the old one for 5.1 or not. If I need to remove just the one for 5.1, I
can
do that. If I also need to do something with the 6.0, I'd appreciate it
if
someone could let me know. I'll be putting both 5.1 and 6.0 back on the
computer.

Thanks.

Vicki
