Francis,

Speaking for myself, it isn't that I can't find the New Folder option, hit
Enter, and then name the new folder. It's that all the other options that
used to speak on the new menu, beneath Folder, don't speak any more. so,
for instance, you can't arrow down and come to New Text document. Well, now
I understand you can at least locate thus options using the Jaws cursor.
But that isn't how it's supposed to work.

Hope this is clear.
hyoushe isn't saying that she can't

Hi Joan,
You are creating a new folder right? And when you press down arrow under
folder, nothing happens or JAWS just will not say anything there? For
example, you do not hear Shortcuts? Just checking to see what is going on.

Francis
