Hi Jim,
I want JAWS to speak through a separate speaker as I enjoy listening to
old fashioned Radio and I also have about 5,000 MP3s on my computer.

You can if you want but lets say for example you are using your sound
card with a home stereo system then hook up your sound card to tape
moniter line in and out hook up your second device to the cd and set the
system to tape moniter and cd there you go.
Of course you can also send the jaws sound card out to the other sound
cards line in. This will also work.
How ever there is realy no need to have 2 sound cards for your system
unless you want it to use two separate speakers.

It should also be pointed out that you will likely require separate
speakers
for each sound card as well.
