Jennifer,
This relates to the thread that's still being posted about, with the key
command Insert Number Row 4 in the subject line.
When you're in any application that involves writing, such as Outlook
Express, or Word, or Notepad, press Insert 4 and then arrow up and down the
list of symbols that appears. When you find the one you need-- and you'll
definitely find the characters you're looking for, here-- press Enter and
that character will appear in your text.
