Try changing your verbosity settings, such as tool tips, smart messages,
help messages.

Subject: JAWS and Outlook 2010

Is there a way to stop JAWS from reading "If you have trouble reading this
message, view it in the web browser?" The quote is something to that affect
and it is truly annoying.

It's done it in Microsoft Outlook with all JAWS I've used and that's one
reason I don't like Outlook.

Remember, cars aren't the only things recalled by their maker!
