JAWS and MSN webmail or "hotmail"

I would like to learn if anyone as a set of instructions of how to do
webmail in general with JAWS. Or in particular MSN hotmail.
I can do it, but I am hoping there is an easier way to navigate than to have
to listen to a ton of links and elements.
