I don't think there is any advantage for the user but for the company there is
greater security and more control over what a person can do.

What exactly does Citrix offer that RDP doesn't? I could understand
the need for a product like Citrix when terminal services was a
separate add-on package for windows (through the time of NT4, maybe 2k
not sure there), but really don't see it now.
Is it just inertia or is there something more I am unaware of?
