Hello Chris,
I have found that the issues are almost never observed when tabbed browsing
is used. Have you tried that?

The weirdest thing of all is that on my particular system, it is very
intermitant.
Sometimes, I'll have to shut down, and restart Internet explorer just
to get it right, and other times I can go for weeks without a single
issue. It's very strange indeed.
