No, I'm not running Windows XP.
However, I recently re-installed MSN and that seems to have done the trick.

this is most likely an animation issue of some kind.  is there a lot of hd
activity while the messenger is active?  Can you still sign in with an older
version of jaws say 4.51?  Can you run narrator if you are running xp/2k and
see what might be going on?

Which version of JAWS are you using? If it's JAWS 5.0, then Was it happening
before updating your JAWS?
