Did you install the special patch for those who had activation issues? It
ended with 74. If you did, you can not install the latest Jaws version via
update. You must download the latest version and install it from where you
downloaded to.
I know, as Freedom Scientific instructed me to do so, as I was having the
same problem.

When I went to update the latest release of a JAWS update, JAWS stated that
some files might be missing and to run a JAWS Repair. I have never had to
do this before. Can someone instruct me on how to run a repair?
