JAWS, OutlookExpress and NortonInternetSecurity

Hello List,
A person is using the latest JAWS on a laptop and reads e-mail in Outlook
Express. Recently, Norton Internet Security was installed on the laptop. From
that point on, JAWS does not read items in the Message list, Address list, or
the Folder list. The only information offered by JAWS is 2 of 15, 8 of 15, or
the number position of the item in the given list. Are there any suggestions
for what this person should change so that JAWS will again deliver all
information available?
