John, I wasn't asked how to do the memory dump. However, to do it, hit
insert+windows+f4.
Cheers.

Hello Alex,

Thank you for the information. The only problem is that you did not say how
to do the memory dump.

Take care,

John

John, The only reason given in the what's new for doing it, is to send it to
FS. The only other reason I've ever used it is if jaws stops speaking and
won't restart. If you do the memory dump, it will kill all jaws processes
which should then allow you to restart jaws without a reboot.

 Cheers.

Hello,

I am wondering how to do the JFW memory dump that a few of you have
mentioned. I also want to know the pros and cons of doing this memory dump.
Any help is appreciated.

Take care,

John
