JAWS, Dectalk Express and 64-bit Machines

Hi. I posted a similar question before and got very helpful responses, as
usual. Listers report that Dectalk Express (the old synth, not the USB
version) can work with Windows 7 so long as it is hooked up with a
serial-to-USB connector. However, everyone who replied was using a 32-bit
machine.
Has anyone yet had success using Dectalk Express with Windows 7 on a 64-bit
machine?
