Subject: JAWS 9.0 Causing Difficulty for AVG Internet Security

  Hi All!

I just installed AVG Internet Security. I'm using JAWS 9.0 with Windows XP
Professional.

Whenever I try to load the AVG User Interface, I get the following error:

"AVG user interface has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience."

When I shut down JAWS, however, then load AVG, then load JAWS, everything
works fine, and the AVG User Interface loads the way it should.

Does anyone know how to prevent having to unload and reload JAWS in order to
use AVG?

  Dave
