Forms mode in Jaws 9 is also screwing up on other websites here too. on
http://www.twitter.com I can't use control + arrow keys in forms mode to
move word by word. No problems with Jaws 8.0.2173 on same website.

what issue are you having?
on this page there are 2 edit fields. I was able to type a number in both
of them and jaws read it fine. I was able to turn on forms mode with the
enter key as expected.

Hi All, If you want to experiment, go to:
http://treasurer.maricopa.gov/office.htm
enter forms mode and try to enter any 8 digit number.
In my case, after 3 numbers it would give me the edit field again and never
allow the whole number to be entered.
Perhaps it was operator error on my end and I'm postponing the Beta form
route until I encounter an additional problem.
