oh i am aware of the DECtalk hunting as mentioned by you and others on the
list... I just had heard that it wasn't supported anymore so I wanted to varify
this.

Your difficulty may be, as mine was, in locating the list of synthesizers.
JAWS 8 hides them. Press insert-j, then select utilities. Under utilities is
the synthesizer and braille manager. Once in synthesizers, you'll see that FS
lists only three items, but it turns out not to be inclusive. Tab over to the
add/remove/change button and click on it. Tab again and you'll see all the
synthesizer choices, one of which is Dectalk Access 32.
