JAWS 7.1 update problem & repair

I was going to repair 7.1 and then runn the update from the help menu as
someone suggested, but I can't find where to repair JAWS. I only have
options to uninstall or uninstall with shared components. I've just
installed this version three days ago, and I'm still getting use to the
changes. Where is the repair option in 7.1?
