There's a form on the public beta site. Within that form there's a link to
the e-mail address.

Remember, this is a public beta; it's a new installer; this is exactly the type of issue one should expect when dealing with a public beta, that's what beta testing is all about, and it's our duty as people who've agreed to be beta testers to report problems just like this. This is called the system working as it should.
