Hi chris
As far as I know this is stricktly limited to user preferences and therefore
should not interfere with activation. I had UAC turned on and off and also
messed with the different types of when I want UAC to kick in and it did not
bother my activation

Can you give me an example? JAWS runs fine at startup even with UAC enabled.
Not flaming; just curious. Also, if I did want to turn off UAC, is it true
my locking code will change requiring a re-activation?

well if you have programs that run at start up it causes problems i hate it
