JAWS 6 "skipping around" the page iwhile proofing in OE

My wife has been running JAWS 6 for a week now, since I put it on her newly
installed hard drive, and for the most part it seems to work OK, but when
she listens back to a message she just wrote so she can see if she finds
errors, JAWS will read up to a given point and start over at the top. I
haven't seen it happen myself but she says it "jumps around". Anyone else
have a similar experience with JAWS 6, and more importantly, does anyone
know of a fix? I mean besides going back to 5.1?
