I don't know of any settings in 4.51 that would prohibit display of summary
or caption in tables. In fact, when I used 4.51 for some 508 auditing, it
was quite annoying to hear all the summery on lay out tables.

Has anyone experienced a situation when JAWS 4.51 with IE 6.0, wouldn't
render the CAPTION element or SUMMARY attribute within a TABLE (data or
layout)?
We're trying to help a "remote" user whose currently having this
problem. It's hard to figure out without seeing all of the settings and
configuration.
