JAWS 11 and Web Sites That Use Flash

Using the latest version of JAWS 11, is it possible to label the unlabeled
flash buttons on a per web site basis, or do they only get labeled on a
global scale. I've got 3 sites with the same unlabeled numbers, but on each
the buttons seem to do different things. This is why I wanted to label
things on a per site basis. Thanks for any help and answers.
