No. You have to first of all choose a voice context, then the person becomes
available. This is an exception with all voices however.

Subject: JAWS 11 Voices?
Did they eliminate all the alternative voice persons in the Eloquence
voice profile for JAWS 11? I can find alternative persons only in the
Realspeak profile.

If your synthesizer pronounces them identically, instruct your customized
pronunciation dictionary that Dana=dayna.
