JAWS 10 and Sapi4

Hi list!
My friend has a very strange problem. He uses JAWS 10.0 and he'd like to use a
Sapi4 synthesizer, but no sapi4-synthesizer work in his JAWS 10. They work
although in JAWS 9.0 and in other programs like NVDA and Klango player. When
hehas detected the Sapi4 synthesizer and tries to select it from the
synthesizer combo box, JAWS krasches. I'm using this same synthesizer in JAWS
10 and haven't had any problem. But, actually, no Sapi4 voice works in his JAWS
10. Any ideas?
