I've had experiences from both ends of it, and I can't say enough for it. It's very responsive, very snappy, and it generally works as advertised. The client retains full control of his or her keyboard, and can disconnect at any time. The controler hears exactly what the client would hear on their JAWS, right down to the language used. It's reqlly quite revolutionary and I think a very exciting feature, especially given the price FS plans to charge for it.
