No, as far as I am aareaware, even for sighted users, when you go to some
webpages, the cursor is automtically placed in the search dialogue box.
I'm sure somebody will tell me if that's incorrect.
No conspiracy theories I'm afraid, although people on this list seem good at
assuming there are bad things happening.
