Just remember that that delay is only applicable when you navigate to an
edit field by a quick navigation key.
If you land on an edit field as soon as the web page comes up there is no
delay in going into forms mode. Just hit the PC cursor key to end forms
mode or arrow up or down to move off the edit field.

Here is a suggestion. When on the internet try the following
1. Press insert V to bring up the adjust JAWS options
2. Then press the letter A until you find auto form mode
3. Press N until you hear navigation quick key delay
4. Use the space bar to toggle between the options on how many seconds you
would like JAWS to wait before going in to forms mode. I have mine set for
1 second.
