Well, I use this site quite a bit and I find it fully accessible with JAWS. It has headings, and the reviews are in Heading 2 format.
At the moment I am using the v8 demo myself so I should be getting the same as you.
One thing to bare in mind is that if you don't give the page time to load, JAWS will say there are no headings, when in fact there are. I often find it best once a web page as loaded, to use the INSERT + Escape keystroke to refresh the page.
