hi,
follow this steps,

open either MS-word or any MO-office product.

2. press alt+t for tools, then arrow up for "options..." and hit enter.

3. press ctrl+tab until you get "general tab" then tab to the 2nd option, you 
will hear something like

"provide feedback with sound"

if the checkbox is check, press spacebar to uncheck it.

finally, tab to "ok" button and hit spacebar.

Here's an elementary question but which options?  I just went to tools
