When you get a message about addons, press alt-n then press the context key for
a menu. I've heard you can also just press spacebar instead of alt-n.

  Hi!

I just got back home after some time away, during which I had a hard drive
crash fixed by my brother. He reinstalled windows with Office 2003, which I'm
not familiar with and assume that it's not much different than Office 2000.
Anyway, my problem isn't with Office, but with Internet Explorer. I suspect
that IE8 might have been installed, as I'm not able to make any sense out of
it. When I try to go online and open web pages, I get a button that says "open
parent document", but when I press the button nothing happens. When I try to
review the screen with the JAWS cursor, I get a message that reads,

"This website wants to run the following add-on: 'Adobe Flash Player' from
'Adobe Systems Incorporated'. If you trust the website and the add-on and

want to allow it to run, click here..."

I click that button using my JAWS cursor but, again, nothing happens. Is it
possible to roll back to IE7 because I don't understand all this stuff with
tabs and such.
