Eileen, you might want to call FS and have them reset your ILM installation
keys. Then do the activation again, and you should be all right.

You probably did nothing wrong. From time to time I get a similar message,
even though I placed that very long ilm code into my copy of jaws and it ran
as a fully installed jaws program. When I get this message that I am
running a demo copy now, I just mark my place and close down all running
applications and shutdown my computer. After a few moments say a half
minute or so I boot the computer up once again, and it runs like it is
supposed to do including the jaws program.
