If you are replying to my post, I want to jump from one section in the document
to another like for example ummmmm you might have a table of contents.  You have
say 1.1... how to burn toast, and that would be a link at 1.1 that would take
youto the section 1.1.  Then you might have a section 1.2..... how to properly
blaim some else after burning toast.  1.2 would be a link that would take you to
the place in the document which starts with "proper blaiming of the boast
burner."  Does that make sense?
